Mark Azizi has nearly two decades of experience in banking,
electronic payment systems and application design with an emphasis
on electronic payment systems. His project management experience
spans the spectrum of mission-critical capacities, from technical
to strategic consulting, risk management and operational
management. The many hats Azizi has worn include: business
analyst, application architect, back-office operations manager,
computer operations manager, disaster recovery manager and senior
executive consultant.
For a major money-center bank, Azizi developed and created the
operational support for an in-house wire-transfer application
capable of handling $21 billion in daily activity.
Azizi is also well-versed in regulatory compliance, development
of electronic payments professionals and business reengineering.

With more than twenty years spent managing projects in process
reengineering, department consolidations and system installations
for Fortune 500 companies, Michael Brinegar is highly qualified to
consult with clients as a key part of an integrated team. Brinegar
has managed highly technical support staff in high-risk,
time-critical financial applications.
Possessing a broad knowledge of the technology and business
issues that drive electronic payment processing, Brinegar is
considered a subject matter expert in the fields of wire transfer
and ACH processing within the financial services industry. As Vice
President for a major financial institution, he managed both wires
and ACH areas and provided system support to the applications.

Agnes Fonacier has more than 20 years experience in project
management and business analysis, as well as a proven track record
in ACH and ARP system analysis and implementation. Most recently,
she was responsible for the integration of multiple PEP+ ACH
systems made necessary by the merger of two major New England
banking institutions.
Fonacier’s project responsibilities have included production,
system, process and operations mapping; identification of
differences between source data elements and target data elements;
review of data conversion from source to target environment
systems to ensure accuracy; development of test scripts and
scenarios; and providing user technical support throughout and after conversions.
